Owner/Appraiser

Stacy F. Huber has been a commercial real estate appraiser for over 20 years. Frese Appraisals was started in August of 2017 after working in eastern Iowa for Appraisal Resources Company since 2004.

Stacy has experience appraising multi-family, commercial, agricultural, industrial and other special purpose properties. Stacy's appraisal reports are prepared for insurance value, leasehold interest, condemnation, and most often market value.
